What's in the index

• Parcels — every property statewide: address, block/lot, property class, year built, dwelling units, lot size, and current assessment.
• Sales history — recorded date, sale price, deed book/page, grantor/grantee.
• Recorded deeds — PDFs fetched on demand for most counties.
• Owner contacts — owner name, mailing address, phone, and email.
• Map layer — parcel boundary polygons, neighbor and tax-block siblings, free-text address search.
• Value estimates — automated market-value estimates where confidence allows.

Usage limits

Anonymous browsing is generous but rate-limited so the index stays fast for everyone.

• Search: 60 requests / 10 minutes per visitor
• Property page views: 200 / 10 minutes per visitor
• Deed PDF retrievals: 5 / day per visitor, 50 / day total
• Map tiles & data: 30 / minute per visitor
